This is the place for Mom! As soon as I walked in I could smell the clealiness. The lobby as well as the halls are sunny and bright, full of cheer. The apts are beautiful. Dining room is immaculate. Staff is wonderful!vResidents appeared to be very active as well as dressed nice and very friendly. They have many scheduled activities incl bus trips. I'm planning to bring mom over to spend a day and to participate in an activity or a social and to have a lunch or dinner. The prices are reasonable and they have a place for you when your funds run out. Directors are the best. They were very informative. They took the time to sit with me and go over what the community has to offer.

Very nice place!

I think they do a very good job at Ledgewood Bay. The staff is very friendly, and they've all got great attitudes. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have a lot to offer the people who live here.

Lovely place

I wish we had done it sooner. Their cheerful oversight in the memory care unit was greatly appreciated. The remainder of the (regular) facility seemed filled with activities and people enjoying the companionship of others. Honestly, I'm not sure why people insist living alone is the only way to believe they are independent - these folks are going, doing, living the way they want with a social circle built in.

Lovely nursing home/assisted living facility set on the hilltop where it's quiet with no drive-by traffic. Slight antiseptic smell as you enter the building; immediate visual is commercial grade fire doors and nurses in scrubs. Sale Manager is delightful, hallways were light and graceful, but colors were dark maroon and light butter-cream yellow. The dining area was beautiful but dark, the rooms (except for 2-br) were small and cramped, and the prices very high, but they offered great values like GPS for residents, memory center and medicine disbursement services. They have a facility bus for transportation to the Dr. With about 15% male population, they have a men's club. Activities support mobility. Did not taste the food.
