Great location and great fit
reviewed on: 08/14/2013 by JulieThey do have medicaid beds so in a year she could get on the list for that so that was a big deal for us. The way they dispense medications in new hampshire is also alot more convinienct for the families. I don't have to keep the medications, they do all of that. If the nursing staff had any questions or any kinds of cincerns or anything like that theyll call her doctors directly. We also looked at another one but it really came down to who would accept medicaid. We really like it as far as the lay out, the friendliness of the staff, the dining area is really nice, the food is really good. The residents that we spoke to really liked it she was able to keep some of her independence and my mom was able to keep her cats so that was a big plus. The have transportation and plenty of activities throughout the day and theres still help available when she needs it.

Went out of their way to make our family member feel at home when we went to visit. This is the place we selected.
So far, so good!

Good memory care
reviewed on: 02/05/2014 by Loved oneThey've done a great job with my loved one so far. He's been treated very well, and they've handled his dementia and decline in memory with a lot of understand and compassion. They've been very good about keeping in communication with families, and they always let us know about any changes in his condition. And, most importantly, he seems happy and comfortable.
