reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousThere are some things that are good and some things that are terrible. The rehab therapy is excellent. The nursing care is excellent too. The nurses are all excellent. The staff are very, very nice, but there are not enough of them. The ones that they do have are very nice. The facility is very clean. The food is awful. They didn't have food that's good for my diet. The nurses and staff don't seem to communicate well with each other. One doesn't know what the other one knows about the patient.

reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousWe are extremely happy with Willow Springs. It is clean and has been renovated. There were a couple of hiccups with the medications and my loved one is happy with the physical therapy and the staff. The therapist is very helpful and informative. Sometimes I am picking up stuff off from the floor. She loves everything she is eating but they are not designed for her medical condition. I do not get any calls from anyone at the rehab. Maybe no news is good news.
