Review of Willow Springs Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousThey took above and beyond measures to make sure she was fine. I was very satisfied with the care that they gave her. The therapists pushed her, which was good. My mom's nurse is very nice. They are constantly mopping. The only complaint is that give her too much food.
Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousSo far, everything is going the best that it possibly can. They are already getting her involved in activities and helping her during this transition especially with her diagnosis. I have been impressed with the facility so far. She is doing the occupational therapies at this time. She is eating which is good because at times with her diagnosis she can have difficulty doing so. They actually reached out to me today trying to get more information about my sister that would help her stay there. They also asked if it was okay to reach out to me on a quarterly basis to update me on how she is doing unless something out of the ordinary would occur and they would reach out to me sooner.

reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by AnonymousThe care is wonderful, people is wonderful. It's hard to get information, though I know they are busy. The food is not great. The therapy seems good. There are a few nurses and aides that are my favorites so far. The meals are not tasty. The meat is dry and it's sometimes not hot.
