Review of Willow Springs
reviewed on: 07/25/2019 by AnonymousI feel like the place is great. The only complaint is that she was not showered regularly. The place is great and it is clean. The food is good. The head nurse was very friendly and seem to know the patients and their needs and one of the aides went above and beyond to care. He was very friendly.
Review of Willow Springs Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousThe staff is really friendly. I ask for things to be done for my dad and the next time I visit it's been taken care of. I just have a great feeling about the place. He's getting physical therapy and he definitely seems to be stronger, especially his legs. He can pick up his tea on his own now. The lady who does the activities is really great. All of the staff have been wonderful. Every time I go the place is extremely clean. The food looks good. Just like how they actually communicate. My dad was in another facility and the communication was really bad. Here is just a breath of fresh air.

Review of Willow Springs
reviewed on: 04/02/2020 by AnonymousMost of the people are good and the therapists are excellent. The rehab was really good and they helped my loved one out. She was one was in pain for three or four days and the nursing staff did not give her anything for her pain at first. The food and coffee are not good.
