Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by AnonymousTheir management and the administrator talked with me and they were efficient. The rehab is very good. The therapist came up with an individualized plan for my husband. The social worker was fantastic and the administrator was very good. He was happy with the food. Some of the help was not that good though. Some of the staff was very friendly and some not so good or friendly.

reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousI am much happier now. I almost had her moved. I was not getting any feedback at all with what they were doing and now we are up to speed with where we are going. Now they've answered my questions and told me what they are trying to accomplish. Everyone are above and beyond and so helpful, except for one staff member. The social worker has been calling me and gave me her number if I needed anything. Yesterday we got all of the therapists together during lunch and I was able to ask questions then. I like one of the aides. She goes the extra mile with my mom and other patients. They are short staffed though.

Review of Willow Springs Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousThey did virtually everything well, I was extremely impressed. The place is beautiful, the therapy was excellent, and the food was good. Every Tuesday and Thursday they had omelet day where you could create your own omelets. They have a very creative director.

reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousWe had some issues in the beginning. They've been addressed and things have gotten better. Everyone is on the same page now. They've definitely listened to our concerns and taken action from there. My loved one has been making progress. It's a little tough to get information sometimes.
