Review of Willow Springs Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousThere have been some difficulties with communication, not what I expect with follow up. I think they're very understaffed with their aides. I am on the fence on if I would recommend them. My loved one loves the rehab therapy team. When the nurses are there they do take the time ask how she is and ask questions to evaluate her mental state and that she's comfortable. No one is mean to her, I think some will give the extra attention and treat her as a human, and sometimes they'll say they'll help and not come back to actually help. They always tell me that they're sorry they're not responding as quickly and explaining that they're really busy for most times of the day with specific tasks. I really do think they're understaffed. It's definitely clean. I'm not seeing papers on the floor or trash bins that haven't been emptied or her clothes piled in a corner for a couple of days at a time. My mom has a lot of problems with what she can eat. It took quite a while to get that figured out.

Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousThe care is wonderful, people is wonderful. It's hard to get information, though I know they are busy. The food is not great. The therapy seems good. There are a few nurses and aides that are my favorites so far. The meals are not tasty. The meat is dry and it's sometimes not hot.
Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 08/07/2019 by AnonymousIt seems very clean. My loved one hates their food. She said it all tastes the same, they don't ask her what she wants and they just bring her whatever they have. They're terrible at communicating and it's often difficult to get through to anyone on the phone
