The nurses are very cooperative at the desk. He is eating very well and accepting. They do a great job there. They're very good about communication with me.

reviewed on: 07/25/2019 by AnonymousIt is very clean with no smell. It is bright and nice. The nurses and aides are super friendly and helpful. They are excellent. They are super friendly. The social worker is upfront and very helpful. I can usually get in touch with her without a problem.

They are already getting her involved in activities and helping her during this transition especially with her diagnosis. I have been impressed with the facility so far. She is doing the occupational therapies at this time. She is eating which is good because at times with her diagnosis she can have difficulty doing so. They actually reached out to me today trying to get more information about my sister that would help her stay there. They also asked if it was okay to reach out to me on a quarterly basis to update me on how she is doing unless something out of the ordinary would occur and they would reach out to me sooner.

reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousThe care with Willow Springs has been fine. I mean we have had our ups and downs with his condition but overall we are satisfied. My loved one seems to really be enjoying the meals. There are times when you ask a question and you don't necessarily get information back are get you don't get back right away and you can get passed over to someone else. I'm sure this is everywhere and they do the best they can with limited staff but at the same time these are our parents so we just want to make sure they are getting the best.

reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousThe staff are real friendly and nice. The meals are decent, but my loved one would like to have a little more variety. No one really calls me to let me know of his progress, but I guess they may be waiting until there's something to tell me.
