Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 08/07/2019 by AnonymousI would recommend Willow Springs. The rehab therapists were good. The therapist was very friendly and good. The manager who took care of things for my loved one got what he needed to be done. The nurses were excellent! The food was horrendous.

reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousThe staff is friendly to my dad and the family. Any questions I have, they respond to them and they are honest. I have been there a couple of times when the therapist came in the room to do the therapy. They work well with him, but he is not understanding what he is doing.

reviewed on: 08/07/2019 by AnonymousThey could have gotten to know my loved one better than they did, and have a plan in the first 24 hours. I don't feel that happened. Some nurses were great, and some were not. I was never able to see the doctor. The food was not tasty. There wasn't really fresh fruit until we asked. No salads or anything.

reviewed on: 03/31/2020 by AnonymousIt doesn't seem as though they are doing enough therapy with her. I am not sure if this is an issue with her insurance or what but I am worried because she is being discharged soon and it doesn't seem as though she has made enough progress to be strong enough to do so.

reviewed on: 05/23/2019 by AnonymousMy loved one is getting wonderful service. The people are very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for? The occupational therapy is wonderful. They are very nice and he is happy with that. If he needs a nurse to do anything, like with his meds or to fix one of the machines, they come in to fix it and are very kind about it. They never complain and are very helpful. I cannot complain about anyone there. It is very clean! There is always somebody there cleaning. The meals and communication are both great!
