Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 06/11/2019 by AnonymousEveryone has been so great. When she does not want what is being served they have been very good about substituting. I would recommend the facility. This is not the first time we have used Willow Springs. The communication is where we have issues at times. We play phone tag and I am unavailable during the day. They are good about leaving messages and we eventually get in touch.

reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by AnonymousThe response time is an issue and hospital food is better. They are friendly but may be understaffed. They say hello and greet me. Quality and selection of the meals could be improved. I am supposed to get call, maybe admin did get in touch with me about her plan, I had to go down there and give instructions for what she needed. They reference the hospital paperwork but that doesn't say what all is going with that person.
Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousThere are some things that are good and some things that are terrible. The rehab therapy is excellent. The nursing care is excellent too. The nurses are all excellent. The staff are very, very nice, but there are not enough of them. The ones that they do have are very nice. The facility is very clean. The food is awful. They didn't have food that's good for my diet. The nurses and staff don't seem to communicate well with each other. One doesn't know what the other one knows about the patient.

reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousThey did virtually everything well, I was extremely impressed. The place is beautiful, the therapy was excellent, and the food was good. Every Tuesday and Thursday they had omelet day where you could create your own omelets. They have a very creative director.
