Review of Willow Springs Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousI've been very impressed with the staff: the social workers, administration, and the head nurse. They keep us well informed. They're great!
Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousThey say rehab is going great. They still let her use her walker in the bathroom. They say she is strong. Her meds are done well. She gets a shower often and they help with getting dressed. Everyone is very nice. I think the lunch looks beautiful but she is a picky eater. She has to wait over an hour for help in and out of the bathroom.

Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousEveryone for the most part has been very nice. As you're walking through, people speak to you. The director has been very nice. My sister wants me to make cookies for everyone. Most of the nurses are good, one of them in particular is excellent. However they tried to over-medicate my sister and one of the nurses got nasty with her. All the nurse had to do was verify the chart to see if she had already taken the medication. As far as meals, if they bring the food up to my sister's room, it's cold, but if she goes to the dining area, it's better, nice and hot.
