Nice place
reviewed on: 02/23/2021 by Karen SMy parents really liked this place, good food, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. After mom passed away the staff was very compassionate. They spent every day talking and listening to dad as he was greiving.
My review of The Bridge at Charleston
reviewed on: 05/20/2021 by anonymousThe Bridge community has beautiful grounds, it has a very open concept and the people there were for the most part friendly. The rooms were very nice and very accommodating. We did have a couple issues with the care services, our loved ones medicine was dispensed twice in a day at times and it seemed like the nurse and the nursing staff was not as knowledgeable in some things as we had hoped for.
Great Staff, Great Location, Wonderful Site
reviewed on: 06/17/2021 by A FlinnI would suggest you look into the community if you can afford it. They all are very interactive and each one of the staff knows what everyone else is doing. The communication is very good between staff members.
Nice place
reviewed on: 12/03/2020 by KarenThe Bridge had just hired new management/Directors by the time I contacted them at the end of October. I moved my parents into The Bridge because they were very unhappy at another assistant living place. They are much happier now. The staff are more attentive. More food choices and the food looks and tastes good. Their medications, care, house keeping etc., Are all managed much better. Family feels more at ease with The Bridge taking care of them.
Our experience with The Bridge
reviewed on: 05/06/2021 by anonymousWe chose The Bridge at Charleston because of the convenient location as well as at the time they were the allowing facility that was allowing in person tours. After she moved in, I was also still able to go and see her. She is in a 1 bedroom apartment and it is perfect size for her. They haven't been very communicative with covid, but now they have hired a new activities director and I am getting a lot of information from her. The one issue we did have that is an ongoing problem is managing prescriptions. We chose not to use their pharmacy and we do not use their doctor, so it has been difficult. Overall I would definitely recommend to others looking in the area.
