Its Been A Good Experience
reviewed on: 06/03/2016 by ReneThis community is clean for the most part but it seems they can do better for guests like having enough toilet paper and paper towels in the restrooms. The staff are welcoming and caring. The meals could be better, I feel the seasonings are not being used correct. The community have activities available. I would recommend this community as long as you stay on of the care and are there for your loved one on a consistent basis.
So Far All is Well

Amazing Community
reviewed on: 03/10/2016 by AnonymousI love this place It is a wonderful place very happy with my father's move into Heartis Amarillo. Things have been wonderful for my father and he seems to be happy and adjusting well with the transition. It is a better place then where he was living at before and a lot cheaper. It is the nicest cleanest place that I've ever seen before. The staff is amazing and very kind and attentive to my father I truly believe my father is being taken care of very well. The food is great and they send me a list of the meals and snacks for the next five weeks so we can arrange his meals ahead of time. I would highly recommend this community to anyone if I could I would grab their hand and take them on a tour my self it is that amazing.
Highly recommend
reviewed on: 10/29/2020 by Richard DonaldsonWe chose Bristol Park because of the head chef here. He made special meals just for my mom since she was Japenese. When she was in rehab, he even made sushi and sent it over to her. He and my mom had a great relationship. Her favorite part about the community was always meal time. She had a one bedroom and it was good size for her. I would definitely recommend.
Had its ups and downs
reviewed on: 01/10/2018 by AnonymousMy Dad was here briefly and things didn’t quite go well. When we first brought him in, they were completely unprepared and were having staffing issues. We couldn’t get the service that we needed and it didn’t seem like anyone was around. We met with the management, though, and got a lot of our issues straightened out. After that, the rest of the time he was there, the service was pretty good. One of my concerns, however, was that the head nurse seemed to take offense to a lot of our complaints and never checked on my Dad the whole time he was there. The other nurses checked on him regularly and did a really good job of it, though. It’s a nice facility, but I think they might have some management issues. I would recommend this place but with caution.
