Review of Park Terrace Racho Santa Margarita
reviewed on: 09/30/2020 by Senior HospicePark Terrace's staff is courteous, patient, responsive, and professional. What I particularly like is that they tailor care to their patients' needs specifically, which helps them work efficiently together with out hospice agency. The Medtechs are all very easy to work with. The facility is elegant, clean, and well organized every time I come by for a visit. They are a highly valued partner for our agency and we are thankful to work together!
Enjoyable Environment!!
reviewed on: 08/15/2017 by AnonymousMy mother has recently made the move into this community and I have no complaints of how things are going for her. She has really adjusted well and I am thankful for all of the staffs help. They have made sure to accommodate her needs to the best of there ability and keep her safe. She has had no problems with the meals and enjoys the dinning experience with the other residents.
A safe, warm place
reviewed on: 08/30/2017 by Betty Leonard5 stars on everything. Activities are scaled to their capabilities and instructor is wonderful. The place is always clean. The staff knows everyone's name and are so friendly and helpful. The food is super. The rooms are just the right size. The garden area is always maintained and lots of seating. The area my mom is in is completely inclosed and I know she is safe. I can call anytime to check on her and it's never a problem.
Review of Park Terrace
reviewed on: 09/24/2020 by Current ResidentI have been a resident for 6 years. Since Covid - 19 has taken its toll on us, all the staff are to be commended. They are working overtime to keep us fit and happy. But I know we are all looking forward to getting back to some form of normalcy and enjoy [name removed]'s creations in the Bistro. On a personal note, since moving to PT, I have discovered an organization called Knots of Love. We make hats etc. which are sent all the country to cancer centers, Veteran’s hospitals, and given to patients who have lost their hair due to chemo. gives me pleasure knowing I am still able to help others. I’ve just taken up coloring as another great way to relax.
Pleased with our Choice
reviewed on: 04/24/2020 by John BrownleeWe looked at 9 other places. Quarantine has been hard, we are not able to go outside of the community. They really do care for the residents. A lot of the other residents have much higher care needs then my wife and I do. Other places seem to have residents that are more active. We were looking to move quickly and they were able to work well with our timeline. They are a good value for the cost. We have a two bedroom one bath unit.
