Review of Willow Springs Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousMy experience was okay. I had a real problem with dietary. There was also some miscommunication, especially in the first few days. Once they realized why I was actually there it was fine. This whole situation made me aggravated. The communication was poor at first. Once everything was cleared up and they realized I could be more independent it was better.

reviewed on: 03/31/2020 by AnonymousThe therapy has been great at Willow Springs. When it comes to the nurses some are good and some don't seem to stay in the room longer than three minutes. Communication has been poor all around. They do not tell you when anything is, no one ever seems to know anything. I have to be very proactive about getting information.

Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousThe staff is wonderful. The nurses are always available and answer questions I ask. The cleanliness is very good. I would like someone to let me know how my mother is doing all around. I have to make an appointment to talk with someone if I want information. They don't just tell me things on their own. My mother said the food is terrible.
